May 01-Dec 14...$1800/week
Dec 15-Apr 30 $2500/week
We will pro-rate for extra days, just ask.
7% Government tax.
50% deposit required to reserve.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Waveland is currently linked to three internet rental sites:

Cyberrentals
VRBO
Vacation Homes

If you will notice, our rates are lower then most houses equal to Waveland.  This is because we are actively involved in the booking process and don't have a "formal" property manager on island.  This results in savings for the both of us.  We do have a house keeper who cleans every Wednesday, as well as a handyman should a problem arise.  Their numbers are listed at the house.
